Mostly fixed it. Apparently it's a bandwidth issue. Replaced the patch cable and it negotiated 1000mbps. Wow. Monitoring now gives 80-120mbps usage on all the cameras. There's still this stutter on one camera but not as bad as before.

Seems I found the problem, tho still not sure. NVR is not negotiating 1000mb but only 100mbps full duplex. I will try to troubleshoot it later. My NVR is connected to a 1gbit switch so not sure why it's not 1000mb if that matters. (but if it's bandwidth starved, why is playback not stuttering?)...

Hello all, problem only occurs on main stream live view (when full screen on a single camera stream). It stutters badly, about every 3-5 seconds(!) but playback is smooth (main stream). On sub stream it does not stutter (but when I up the quality of the sub-stream to 720p and max 2048 bitrate it...
