Hi My newly installed hilook colourvu is the same with video and still images. They show as 1088x960 My previous HIKvision system that this is supposed to be an upgrade over was fine. Not happy at all. Cheers John

Hi Thanks for the reply. Yes the side path camera is above the door which we would rather have a better view of than the length of the path. The camera was originally at the other end of the path. I will ask the installer about an other camera. It's only been for about 6 month. Cheers John

Hi I have had a Hikvision DS-7204 system fitted with TurboHD power over coax 2MP 2.8mm cameras. The night vision as you can see is not up to much at the side path. Can you advise. I think the side path camera should be different from the front drive camera.(maybe a 4mm?) Cheers John
