Hi, I have the same problem. I was running on fw 4.61.030 build 240123 , I was thinking it could be caused by an automatic fw upgrade, done. So I try downgrade to fw 4.61.000 Build 220507 . It became totally factory default, so I had to add all cameras again. The 3 Hdd maintained the old videos...
