Ptz main menu will not close?
Hi, I am looking at the main screen direct feed from the unit, on one camera it is displaying main menu with numbers 1 thru to 9 I have connected a keyboard but it will not select the numbers. -

Ptz main menu will not close?
Hi, can anybody help? The main menu for ptz will not close on one of my cameras, connected keyboard and tried using number and enter keys however it says set live view and re try. It will not close!
