I have used floureon, is the app your using XMeye?. If so, why not just browse to the relevenat time period in the app and download the section of video to your phone. Thats what i would do, ive never setup email alerting as i have never found a happy medium with sensitivity on these cams.

Good call on the HD, not tried it without. The PSU is internal but swapable, however i googled the PSU and the cheapest i found is £70. Will try it without the HD though, i just presumed i was watching the stream live but yeah it could be the substream from the HD.
