I tried to play with the delay which is labeled "Dwell" in the NVR software but It just for how long the alarm will be on, and for alarm output pulse field it's not visible in the NVR but it is in the web UI and it does nothing.

do you have any idea if I emailed Hikvision support will they handle this case? someone suggested to connect the cameras to poe switch or directly to 12v to not to allow them to bootup before the nvr but I don't want to buy extra device and there's no power outlet near the 3 cameras.
