I think option 2 is more likely as the cameras I have do not have a camera connection to it's menu. I've actually never connected to them at all, so I wouldn't even know how to do it. I have a feeling its the DVR. -

Hi, Thanks for the response, but as I stated, my system is a DVR, not NVR, and the cameras are all digital, not IP. I appreciate the time you took to respond in any case. -
