Hi Phil, I am confused as to why this is so difficult. Are you the motobix T25 manufacturers? I spoke to someone who told me to come on to the forum and ask for an engineer to supply and fit a new keypad as the number 0 is broken on my current one. It seems like no one knows what is going on.
