    I've tried a new cable with no joys! I'm a noob at finding and installing firmware? Any pointers on how to do so tried hik site for firmware and used web ui it keeps saying update failed.. argh

    Hey guys recently purchased ds7604nik1 nvr from a different retailer along with some 2055 5mp bullet cams from here. Only problem is I can't get them to record max resolution as stated on website? Max I can do is 640x480
