I had issues in version...010 and ...015. Each time I deleted my device within the app and then added again via qr scanning within the app and each time it then worked until I did a lot of tinkering with camera again.

What about the NVR is that then connected to your router?

As well as connecting the cameras to the back of the unit, have you then connected the NVR to your router?

Your default gate way cannot be 0.0.0.0 your NVR is not on your router network I think so when your plugging things in your router is not assigning the correct addresses to things

Do you have any error messages when you try and add it? Does it add it and then you cannot see it? Can you log into the camera by entering the Ip address into an internet explorer window? suggest some screen shots

It’s a know issue, read the stick threads up top about the latest version of software as your running 4.40.015 I guess. From reading that you could try rolling back a few versions, I’ve not tried yet as I don’t leave the house at the moment so it’s no issue.

A massive issue for these is focus. Is your focus set to manual? I always get the wife to hold a plate where a car would be or park a car there, then use the PTZ function where you can zoom and focus making sure you’ve already set the lens to manual and never have a problem other then that.
