Hi all, I've trying to repair a Swann CCTV mainboard, replaced one of the caps as it was swollen but now the LED light pulses on and off and when measuring the voltage it jump between 1v and 12v. Tried another power adaptor, same thing. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
