I am facing the same issue with several installations now with no fix. IVMS says no record file found for events but events do exist on the NVR locally? We need to push Hikvision for an answer.

I was just wondering how cameras across say a town are connected to the monitoring office where all the video is recorded etc.
My first thought would be through the internet with a contract with an isp?
