I upgraded to v1.30 using the pro connect app and have the 96 model too. I setup and maintained my own system, but honestly the amount of issues I've had doesn't make it worth the upgrade.

Im the same as Jeli. V1.29 is working like a charm again. One other part I noticed with v1.30 is that you loose call/sms notifications. This also resolved for me back on v1.29

ok got it to downgrade on the browser login. Now back to v1.2.9 All my devices reset so have had to add them back on. What a pain. It keeps the areas but deletes the devices ffs. I need to get the ladder out to get to the bell. That's the last device to add

Did the downgrade not work then? It just removed the fault light?

Do you think a factory reset will work? Its a lot of work especially when devices are mounted etc.

No luck in fixing it yet. A few have been saying it's a firmware issue and hikvision won't take responsibility to sort it

Yea not the best supplier I know. Yea this unit has the internal psu and struggling to find a replacement otherwise I would just swap it over. This unit didn't have a power adapter, just a three prong kettle lead that went straight into the psu.
