    Thanks. The installer has confirmed the disk is still under the 3 year warranty so will be returning it once my new 4TB Skyhawk arrives then hopefully the faulty one will get replaced aswell and I’ll have two drives total 6TB. Thanks

    Just to update I’ve checked both my system and the recordings are back to normal on the app from midnight today. Going back to previous days is still showing 1 hour recording from 11pm-12-am so it appears to be working today.
