I have downgraded the firmware to 5.7.1_211009 through the web interface of the camera (I thought it wasn't possible to downgrade but turns out it is) and now the motion detection works with rotate set to "ON".- Hella_the_Buffalo

Hi, I can confirm that setting rotate to "ON" makes it impossible to use motion detection on DS-2CD2183G2-IU with firmware Firmware_V5.7.10_220830. Simply set rotate to "OFF" makes the motion detection works again. @New2CCTV can you please tell me what version of firmware you are using? Best,- Hella_the_Buffalo
