Hi Phil, thanks so much, just downloaded the Hik Vision app and accessed the CCTV immediately. Dont know why I didn't try that in the first place!

I have been able to log in to my Hikvision 4500 system on the app but now every time I enter my account name and password I just get the message "please log in first". I have reinstalled the app and reset my password but still keep having the same issue
