I have heard that the Hik support on AX Pro is extremely poor. Running v1.2.9 again and not a single issue. Immediately all issues from 1.3.0 went away.

1.2.9 is still doing what I need it to do and reliable. Having been burned by 1.3.0 I'm in no rush to try any further variations of it.

Just seen this. Hopefully you've sorted it by now. What I did would be to add the device by scanning the QR code in Hikconnect. I'd then power cycle the PIR or door contact using the little microswitch in the device. Doing this within the 30 seconds would add the device back in.

My experience is very different to yours. 1.2.9 SP005 has been working fine for me. 1 3.0 was the cause of all my alarm system issues. It looks like on the Hik EU portal that 1.3.0 firmware has been pulled. If that's the case I think it says it all.

Hopefully, after this your system will be fully working again too. I don't think I'll be touching the firmware ever again!

Confirmation that firmware 1.2.9 build 240621 is golden. No fault light and no more random perimeter breach errors, panel going offline, power loss warnings.
