I can't find firmware for hikvision DS-TCG405-E from hikvision africa page

Is there any one know how i can find hikvision DS-TCG405-E firmware that includes africa countries plat recognition, currently in the official hikvision africa page i can't find firmware for this mode

There is European and Asian version only but i want Africa versions that includes African countries

Maybe try installing the ME firmware

I believe this is for the Middle East region, but Hikvision often groups the Middle East with Africa (they usually refer to it as MEA - Middle East & Africa).

If that firmware doesn't work, you will need to try and contact Hikvision Africa or a Hikvision supplier/installer in Africa who can advise you on where to find the correct firmware.
