Hik vision one camera showing offline

Hi all,

I have installed a 3 camera system and can view all 3 cameras from the hard drive and also off the pc through ivms 4200 but when I go on hik connect on my iPhone one camera shows offline. I can go on play back on my phone and you can play back it will just not play a live view and shows off line. Any help would be appreciated.

Are they showing offline on the app only?
What are the model numbers of the cameras and NVR, and which firmware versions are you running on them?
Are they all directly connected to the NVR's PoE ports?

When you added the NVR to Hik-Connect, did you do so by scanning the QR code? If you did, remove it by unbinding it in SADP, and then add it again through the Hik-Connect Portal (rather than straight to the app on your phone).

Yes they are only showing offline in the app only, play back works in the app though!
The model of the NVR is DS-7604NI-K1-4P not sure where I find the camera models.
yes they are all connected to the ports.
I did scan the qr code in the app but I have just registered on the hikvision on a desktop then tried redoing it on the app but still no joy.
 
Are you still having problems?
If so, can you please run SADP on a PC on the same network and upload a screenshot of the table it produces.
 
I’ve made it worse now all cameras are showing not linking! Here is a screen shot.
