Please point me to the latest firmware available for my camera model "DS-2CD3955FWD-IWS". I brought the camera from other country without knowing it was in Chinese, and now I can't make it to connect to my DVR that is in English. I would like to have an English version of firmware for it. Can someone please help me...

Tough one. Have you tried using IVMS-4200 on a PC to configure it? Not sure you can change the language settings but you should have all the camera options in English.

@Phil Is sharing tools from other forums allowed?

What happens when you try connect your camera to the NVR? Do you get a error message?

I've been scammed the same way with the same camera model. These cameras are for mainland china only. Did you ever get the UI to flip to english?
